Reviews and Ratings
The inn is conveniently located for access to London with great transport links, but lacks privacy in some rooms due to the busy main road. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues with room keys. The dining experience had room for improvement, especially in the breakfast area. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is a typical Premier Inn, cheap and cheerful, with rooms that have everything you need for a one-night stay. I experienced a small issue with a leak from the bathroom ceiling near the smoke detector, which made the floor wet. Despite that, it's an okay place to stay for a short visit.
The hotel is conveniently located near tube and rail lines, which is great for hopping on the tube to central London. The rooms, although overlooking the railway, were pretty clean and standard. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The service, particularly from Reema and Ishmael at Premier Inn, was poor with long queues for drinks. On the positive side, the location is easy to access and right next to two tube stations.
The hotel is ideally located just a minute walk from Kenton Tube Station on the Bakerloo line, making it easy to hop on the tube and go into central London. The rooms were a bit disappointing with heating that took a while to warm up and went on and off all night in short cycles, resulting in little sleep. The service was very friendly and helpful, although customer service skills could be improved. The dining experience left much to be desired as the staff seemed to ignore us. The location is convenient for those visiting Harry Potter World in Harrow and has good access to public transportation. Facilities were average, not meeting the usual Premier Inn standard.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, especially for attending events at Wembley Arena, and the ample car parking was a huge bonus. However, the noise from the nearby train station affected my sleep quality, and the dining experience left much to be desired with limited food options and some basic items missing. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with some staff members going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access Wembley and central London. The room, despite being dusty, surprisingly quiet with mild noise from the railway line. The service was a mix of a polite and professional staff with minor issues with one staff member. Dining options were decent but lacked cooked-to-order breakfast. The location exceeded expectations in terms of accessibility but experienced noise disruptions from nearby trains. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms that are very clean, but the noise from the nearby railway line can disturb your sleep. The pricing and car parking charges seem to be reasonable. The service, while some staff members may seem stressed, shines in moments like arranging taxis for guests during transportation disruptions and providing friendly and helpful assistance in various situations.
The hotel is located in the heart of the Harrow area, offering a positive experience for travelers. While the rooms were a bit shabby and could use some redecoration, they were clean with a large flat screen TV. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful interactions, but there were some shortcomings regarding assisting guests with specific needs. The dining experience had some issues with food availability, but the hotel offers a good variety of well-cooked dishes. The location, though near the train station and convenient for specific destinations, could be noisy due to train sounds.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially Lana, was friendly and helpful. The location was surprisingly good, just a short walk from the Kenton Tube Station, making it very convenient for traveling around London. The dining experience was wonderful, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the dining prices were a bit expensive. Overall, a positive experience with great value for money.
The hotel was a standard Premier Inn, clean and did the job well, but there was a continuous disturbance due to other people which affected my sleep quality. The location is great with proximity to a tube station, but there were cleanliness issues in the room and breakfast service. The staff were friendly and willing to assist, despite some instances of unprofessional behavior.
